Responsibilities -
• Simplifying processes and capturing business requirements to deliver new and improved Reporting, Analytics and Applications.
• Co-ordination with internal and external stake holder in requirement gathering, User story creation
• Interface with the customer and technical team to ensure a robust design is agreed, developed and delivered
• Maintain and develop new reports and apps where required or manage the delivery of new reports through the extended team
• Ensure new solutions are tested and approved before release
• Maintain an understanding of our data and the associated policies / procedures / standards. Remind and enforce as needed.
