Key Responsibilities
• Run weekly scheduling cycles with an appropriate look-ahead horizon.
• Confirm work-order readiness before inclusion in the schedule.
• Level workload against crew, work-centre, permit, material, service and operational capacity.
• Coordinate schedules around shutdown opportunities, operating constraints and compliance due dates.
• Track backlog readiness, schedule compliance, carryover and emerging constraints.
• Prepare schedule reports, identify bottlenecks and support recovery planning.
• Facilitate schedule reviews with planners, execution teams

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• 5+ years in maintenance planning and scheduling in an asset-intensive industry
• Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent maintenance-planning qualification.
