* Compulsory : candidate should have 3-4yrs of Halliburton Packer and down hole tool exp.
• 3-8 years of experience on Design and development projects
• Responsible for independent design, modification & analysis of various products in Oil and Gas Completion tools such as subsurface safety Valves, Flow control valves, Packers, Sand control, Screen, Tubing hanger etc.
• Experience in handling heavy 3D assemblies
• Experience on 3D modelling, assembly and Drafting of machining components and Sheet metal components (from Legacy conversion to concept work)
• Creation of manufacturing drawings of different components as per customer standards
• Create / Modify / update the design as needed and process the engineering change request within defined time limits.
• Produce Manufacturing drawing which includes complex machining and assembly of down hole tools and Perform drawing checks and sign off on work.
• Awareness of ECN/ECR execution process
• Design of mechanical systems and components
• Industrial Product, electromechanical, development and manufacturing process, material selection.
• Manage all models, drawing and BOM in PLM/SAP tools
• Creation/Modification of arrangement and drawings creation
• Can able to perform interference analysis for complex assembly
• Basic knowledge of tolerance stack up analysis
• Can able to perform basic engineering calculation i.e. tensile strength, Burst and collapse pressure, bearing strength, stress, strain, bending moment etc.
• Ability to analyses engineering drawing, Different type of BOM's and CAD models, other
• PDM Data Management and coordination with global teams.
• Experience on 3D modelling, assembly and Drafting of machining components and Sheet metal components (from Legacy conversion to concept work)
