Job Description
Job Description & Skill Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive product development or VAVE/cost engineering.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems: Interior (IP, console, trims, seats) or Exterior (fascia, bumpers, lighting, exterior trim)
• Experience with manufacturing processes (injection molding, part assembly).
• Knowledge of cost breakdown and should-cost analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX) and PLM systems.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
• Familiarity with Ford systems and processes (GPDS, WERS, AIMS).
• Strong supplier collaboration and negotiation skills.
• Experience in teardown benchmarking and cost workshops.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
