Initially involved in Preparation of ITP (Inspection Testing Plan), QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) and format & check List.
•
Experience of FMCG / Chemical / Sp. Chemical
•
Person should have knowledge of English language (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
•
Participation in kick off meeting with vendor & explain requirement of QA/QC related.
•
Having Technical Competencies in ASME/BS section V, IX etc. And ASTN level II in Radiography / Ultrasonic testing.
•
Review and approve vendor ITP/QAP for Equipment & material like Piping, Flange, Valves, and structural material.
•
Witness for Welder Qualification and Welder Qualification test.
•
Monitoring welder activities, Mechanical testing, Material inspection, NDT, RT Film interpretation.
•
Visit to vendor shop for testing as per approved ITP. Involved in stage wise inspection like at initial selection of material as per requirement, checking of welding & testing work.
•
Ensure that inspection and testing of all mechanical equipment & field work in accordance with updated operational function codes, standards, and Procedures such as BS, ANSI, ASTM, and Project requirements,
•
Also involved in final inspection at vendor shop and release IRN (Inspection release Note) for dispatch of material & Equipment.
•
Ensure that all QC document like Weld Map, material traceability report, welding summary final acceptance report to be maintained by contactor as final documentation
